Very responsive and considerate people. They made time to help us remove our radiators when they were slammed servicing AC units during a heat wave. Would definitely recommend and look forward to hiring them again.

We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I can't say enough about how responsive Warren was. I called him at 930 pm on a Saturday night in a pretty desperate state, he explained to me what he thought the problem was and was out on Sunday morning to fix it. Warren and the person with him (who I think was JP) went above and beyond to take care of the problem, explaining everything to me at every step of the way. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Alex did a fine job unclogging my kitchen drain and making certain my garbage disposal was working properly. They were careful to avoid any spillage of water from the drain. What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

Replacement of an old three handle shower setup to single handle. New diverter, new copper, removed all old components, complete shower faucet installed (head, handle, tub spout). Very professional quality work. Done right and efficiently.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

Never called me back. I got the work done by someone else

My dad used them to replace an old boiler in 2019.He purchased a top of the line Crown - Velocity Boiler. This boiler now is damaged and completely junked after only 2 years. I have no heat in my home. I reached out to them to find out what my recourse was. We scheduled for them to come and physically inspect boiler, that appointment was rescheduled. Then the owner calls me at the time of the 2nd appointment to tell me they can't do anything since THEIR warranty was over. Plus I was told that when I make the claim, the manufacture will ask for me to go through the contractor, but that I insist that the manufacture deals with me only and not them. On top of that, I was told that the only way they would help me with my claim was if I gave them the contract to install new boiler. WOW!!!!! I had them out in 2020 as the boiler was not working and the guy who inspected my boiler stated that the insides of my boiler looked like I had a flood, but the outside showed no evidence of a flood. He wasn't sure what the cause was, but told me that he could change the parts inside. What a joke. I left it alone as the boiler started working. I had another contractor come in to change my water tank and I asked them to take a look, told them the situation, that I was told the insides could be changed. He looked puzzled and said no way you can change these insides, why would Ingrams tell you that? When the new contractor changed my water heater, he also cleaned out my boiler / radiator lines. Me not fully understanding that, I contracted Ingrams to come and do this for me. I was charge a pretty penny for Ingrams to come out to do this work. Was told that this would take a while but they were finished in less than 20 minutes. There was nothing for them to do, did they have integrity to tell me that. NO!!!! they took my money for no work. This company is crooked and I would stay far far far away!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
