Great plumbers the best in the city in my opinion!!!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Anthony and Tim are great! They came and fixed a job in 3 hours that took the previous plumber 10 hours to only mess things up and was unable to finish. I called them back to replace the wax ring of my toilet. Timely and efficient. I highly recommend.

Returned home from our honeymoon to frozen pipes. Called about 15 plumbers at 6:30 AM on Sunday. Kitt from Drains R Us called back and was at the house within an hour. He took a look around, gave a free consultation, and suggested we simply needed to heat the area with space heaters and central air. About four hours later the pipes had unfrozen and our water was back on. Kitt and Drains R Us were honest and saved us a ton of money. I appreciate their punctuality and honesty. Would use again.

Staff are nice. Unfortunately, I paid $170.00 for a employee to come out, take apart my garbage disposal, put it back together, then tell me it's old and doesn't really work. It sounded worse after the repair. Frustrated, I then went to home depot and spent $30 to simply remove it myelf and replace the drain. Will definitely research next time.

They took the time to focus on the details and even though a couple of surprises showed up during the job, he promptly completed the job. MTD plumbing is my go to and I’d share their info if you want plumbing done right!

Fast and efficient work...I'm a first time customer. I had found this contact information by simply doing a google search and thought what do I have to lose. I called and spoke to the message center. I received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained my issues and was told that the drain guy would reach out. The drain guy called 5 minutes later, I reiterate my issue and was told that someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough someone was knocking on my door to deal with my plumbing.
