East Falls Plumbing has does annual service & repairs on our gas heater for years now. They're extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional to work with for our system. They are extremely familiar with a multitude of different heating systems and set-ups that allowed them to troubleshoot issues with our expansion tank needing draining. They also properly installed a new PSI gauge and emergency shut-off valve for our heater when our old ones were defective. Bill and his employees came on-time and were great to work with and will we continue to use their services in the future!

Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

Called these guys on a Friday afternoon after discovering water in my basement. They were able to come in about an hour and resolve the issue. The guys who came seemed very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what they thought the problem was, and what to look out for in the future. Price was comparable to what i'd expect for the quick turn-around time.

I highly recommend Turner Brothers. They were able to give me an estimate and get the job done quicker than any other contractor or plumber I have worked with. They were always professional and on time.

They were friendly and professional, clear and responsive. It was a pleasure, in spite of the nature of the problem at my home. The crew, service manager Anthony managed much of the details of the job, troubleshooting, completing measurements for job estimates, and overall managing details and coordinating with other city agencies to keep the job on track.Bill the heavy equipment operator used the earthmoving excavator with accuracy, skill, and professionalism opening up the area to expose pipes for diagnostics.Ryan was invaluable on the team, providing the directives for the work being done to ensure safe and accurate excavation, expertise use of the auxiliary tools, like the HIGH POWER JET CLEANING MACHINE, and manpower clearing and securing the work area, and operating camera line to get a view of problem.The crew of Ryan, Bill and Andrew were effective and were pleasant, professional, and thorough. They took time to explain what they were doing, what the problem mught be,and how it might be fixed. They coordinated with the PWD HELP Loan program liaison, and city L&I inspector. Also had to deal with major tree roots blockung access, and were careful and creative in clearing a path for the work needing to be done. The guys cooperated and collaborated with cleanup, left the site cleaned up and safe pending additional repairs. I look forward to having this crew back out to do continue the repairs am confident in their abilities, they work well together and have great customer service skills!☺?

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

I called Frusco Plumbing and was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. I wanted my laundry room sink faucet and my stall shower faucet replaced. The plumber came out, assessed both jobs, gave me a fair price, and was able to schedule the installations. The laundry room faucet was relatively simple. But the stall shower had no access door and it required the plumber, Dan Paul, to cut out tile and drywall in my kitchen to get to the back of the faucet. He did this in a clean and professional manner and installed a new Delta faucet without a hitch. Trust me, it was not an easy job. Dan was fantastic and the entire experience was top notch from the first phone call to the completion of the installations. I will certainly use Frusco again and specifically request Dan Paul.

Ingram company was immensely knowledgeable about all issues relating to the replacement of the kitchen faucet and shower valve. Very polite and explained everything before he did the job. The repairs work perfectly

Kit replaced our garbage disposal in half an hour! He is a rockstar! They were on time, and responded to me right away at 5 o'clock on a Saturday. They arrived Sunday morning and got it fixed promptly.

Asked them to come work on a commercial boiler at my place of employment and had to pay an employee to wait for them to arrive between 9am and Noon. After 3 phone calls to their office they showed up around 3:30pm.I don't have a problem with them being late, but I do have a problem with them not communicating that they would be 3-4 hours late.They assessed the problem and determined that it was too late in the day to begin a repair. They said that they would call the next day to arrange a time to come back. They never called, or showed up. That was 6 weeks ago.

Chris a few times, most recently with Kelly...Both of them, WOW.Can't say enough good things about them or the company. They are one of the very very VERY few service providers I absolutely RAVE about!Look no more, they are it.

Zoom drain's tech took his time to make sure a clog is n a narrow kitchen drain was fully cleared before he left. I was happy with the service I received.

After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Fred Jonas & Son, and Ian was very responsive to the somewhat urgent matter, and resolved the issues left by the last plumber. I have 100% in their work and will surely call upon them again.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

I have used McLoughlin Plumbing on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the honest work the service technician has provided. Most recently I called on a Thursday afternoon to see if someone could come the next afternoon and even asked for a specific time. They did it! The work was done quickly and when I asked for advice about future work that should be done, I got an honest answer - nothing urgent! Can't really say how their prices compare, but I feel I am being treated fairly.
