There are a few times that you can write such a glowing review. I will not only tell you my experience but what I heard other individuals share with me about the work of Lauterborn Electric. When I went to sell my home that was built in 1880, I needed to have the entire electrical panel replaced per the buyers request. The job was completed by Larry’s team and Larry came back on a separate visit to make sure that all the switches were labeled. The new owner brought in an electrician to help set up their ADT and security systems. While I was cleaning out a few things I heard the electrician say – WOW – I rarely ever see a unit that well done and organized. Whoever did the work is exemplary. They also made sure that the wiring on the outside of the home was done properly with the wire tubing going up to the top to ensure rain did not get in. I felt so good that I had the job done right for the new owner (who was THRILLED) and that I had put my trust in Larry and the Lauterborn team! Dave Capechi was on time and extremely helpful. He took the time to go through all of the options as well as explained the reasoning for each of his professional recommendations. I was able to gain more knowledge on the project because of his thorough explanations and he answered all of my questions.

Had to do several electrical repairs & upgrades in Norristown. Discovered the need right after the winter storm in December. Spent two weeks trying to get electricians to show up for quotes and to do the work. Called 5+ other electricians. Some from Google, Some I'd used before, etc... Everyone was booked up or failed to show up. Finally got recommended to try Gen3. They gave us an appointment within a few days of my first call, showed up, sent us the quote immediately, and when I discovered additional work, amended the quote to include it within 24 hrs. Then they showed up and completed the work well and in a timely manner.The Electrician I worked with was Chris, and I was very happy with his work and professionalism.

Main service line replacement and replacement of over the range microwave. I needed to replace the main service line cable at my home. Tesfu responded promptly and we were able to schedule time for him to take a look at the problem within a day or two. After assessing the issue everything was scheduled and completed promptly. Communication was up front with no surprises. Everything was communicated effectively. Really appreciate the work that was done.

Jay is a very great guy to deal with for commercial and residential electrical needs. I would definitely recommend him and his crew to do work in your place of business or home.
