I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Hands down the best plumbing service I have ever used. ALWAYS on time and never any hidden issues when it comes to pricing. If you are looking for a plumber, economy should be your choice.

Very rude. I thought I had an appointment arranged then missed a call as I was putting a child to bed. I called within five minutes of the missed call to find he cancelled my request. His response was that's life in the big city. Anyone with this kind of attitude is not worth my business.

No rating, company very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 9am. Not only did no one show up but when I called to inquire about service appointment, the man stated he was unsure and there must have been a problem with the system. My frustration began when he had no suggestions to fixing the problem. Poor customer service for someone who took off work to accommodate a scheduled appointment.

We have used zoom drain 3 times in the past couple of years in the Philly area. Each time, they are always immediately available, so professional and I feel like the price is no-hassle. They type in the diagnosis, some details, and go over the options. Phone quotes are fine but sometimes feels hard to trust; I like the idea of standardized pricing. They are thorough and also pleasant. Today, Nadir was all of these things and more.
