Best Water Heater Leak in Philadelphia PA

John and Jak came out right away and verified my ManaBlok system needed to be replaced. They called several suppliers to find a higher quality replacement system. Hard to do given lingering “supply chain” issues. A week later Jak came back and did flawless work. Very considerate, very neat and tidy. Really appreciate these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

We called Goodman, to service our heater. James our technician, was prompt. (Even early). He took his time to diagnose our problem. As my husband suspected, it was a thermocoupliin. Five Star rating! James, also installed carbon monoxide detectors,, a complimentary service from the company! James also noted our very old hot water heater, which we will be replacing it soon. He gave us an estmate. Hopefully, James will be our tech again in the near future! Good work, James! also,explained everything as he went about the repair.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Alan was very prompt and knowledgeable about the shower diverter repair. His quotes were very reasonable. I find this company very reliable. He came back to repair my diverter and did a great job.

Recently I had a terrible Clog, Thompson plumbing took 20 minutes to walk me through what the problem was and how I could fix it. Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.
