The first plumber (Jeff) that came out to the house had a nasty attitude and I’ indirectly was asking for More money than was agreed upon. The second, had a better attitude but Still was trying to get more money from us and as you can see by the photo he came into our Home with a GUN!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Had Boss plumbing come out to unclog a main sewer drain. He was able troubleshoot the problem, do a camera inspection, and saved me thousands of dollars. Thanks again.

Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; Hi I saw your reviews can you help me? He automatically responds; Were booked I sighed then he said; Whats wrong? I was like; My tub is clogged and.. Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

Tony was very professional and made sure to explain the issues I had and where my leaks were coming from. He’s very knowledgeable of the work. He communicates very well, arrives at the time he says, and works quickly! He was done in no time! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs these types of repairs! Great overall service!

honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I called this morning at 9 and the technician was at my door before 11. They beat their 4 hour window for response. Derrick Gantt was our tech and he was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do to solve the problem in our bathroom. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years.
