Between Nick who talked me through a leak on Easter Sunday, Stan who diagnosed the problem and did the initial work to get the leak sorted and Roman and James who spent an entire weekend day replacing my water heater and expansion tank and resetting the entire system, great experience with everyone at this company. They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

Tony was very professional. When I called he was willing to come the same day on a Sunday. When I had to reschedule he was very accommodating. He was punctual, diagnosis the problem accurately, which was a blocked drained and resolve the issue efficiently. He even came back the next day as a courtesy to put a cap on the drain because he stocked up on supplies and knew it would be difficult for me to find one. I highly recommend his services. As a bonus it is also a black owned business!!

My 15 yr old sump pump stopped working and l decided to replace with a new one. While other businesses would charge me $70+ just to take a look, Economy Plumbing gave me a quote over the phone (and the price was very reasonable!). The next day, two plumbers arrived one hour ahead of schedule and replaced the sump pump in 30 min. Very professional and transparent. Will definitely come back for future plumbing needs!

Laundry room sink was clogged slow drainage and had the filter sneak through the pipes to unclog it. Technician was very friendly explain what needed to be done answered any questions I had very professional

The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Hi I highly recommend Tuan at Drains R Us Llc for your plumbing needs! I called yesterday early eve regarding a partial clog in our home. When our washer water would drain, the basement toilet would bubble and backyard outdoor drain would fill up with water. As soon as the washer stopped draining out all the water, everything would go back to normal. Tuan came out the next morning and the job was bigger than expected (we’re a corner property with a front lawn), so he called up his partner to assist. Everything was taken care of and we all all good to go! I just did a load of laundry and no problems when the washer water drained. Thank you Tuan and partner for helping us out! They were very professional and I would highly recommend Drains R Us Llc!

Jeff arrived mid-afternoon, as I expected. I had a very tough clog in the soil line from the second floor to the basement, and Jeff gave me a clear assessment and explained what he was going to do and why.He thought it was worth trying the least expensive option first, and I'm happy to say that it worked. The bill was higher than I had hoped, but no more than I had expected. In fact, I thought the price for the auger service was a good value--the only reason the total was as high as it was--which, again, was no more than I expected--is that there turned out to be two distinct clogs (something I already suspected).Great service, friendly and accommodating technician, and, all things considered, a reasonable price.

MTD did great work. They showed up on time and didn’t leave until the job was done. They took the time to focus on the details and even though a couple of surprises showed up during the job, he promptly completed the job. MTD plumbing is my go to and I’d share their info if you want plumbing done right!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
