They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

He was knowledgable and very detailed in explaining everything that I had issues with. I called bc I had a leak with my boiler and he detected other things that I was wasn’t aware of. City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

Thank God for KCS Plumbing! Had an urgent issue with a broken radiator in my home and KCS was quick to respond and efficient with their service in replacing the radiator! This is a brutal winter already and thankfully my family can now be warm. We appreciate you Keith and KCS Plumbing!

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

We were extremely satisfied with not only our new heater/air conditioner install, but with the professionalism of Chris. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also made himself available to us with not only phone calls, but with coming out to the house for a thermostat adjustment on one of the coldest days of the year. We highly recommend to our friends and family the service of Veterans, as we would have no one else but them.
