They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I was very happy with the job Warren and DJ did to install our little cold water faucet. The faucet was a little out of the ordinary, but they figured out what needed to be done and were done relatively quickly. This was after another plumber came out and said that they would need to do extra work with extra parts in order to install it, and gave us an much larger estimate.Warren let DJ do the work, but he was patient and guided him through the process.I had reached out previously to Warren with another tiny project and he honestly told me that it was simple enough to do on my own, saving me hundreds of $.Happy to know there is a plumber out there that you can trust!

He was able to come out same day for an emergency because my toliet wasn't flushing at all. And the plumbers that was called out 2 days before (from a different company) didn't do a great job! He was pretty quick! He was also very professional and you can tell he wanted to get the job done versus the previous plumbers who was quick to get in and out! My toilet is back flushing and working even better! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of toilet, faucet or pipe repair! Thanks again!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. We had a serious cold water leak under our kitchen floor that another plumber would not repair despite telling their dispatcher we could not access the area. Matt and Franky explained everything and additionally pointed out our issues we need to address soon before they become more serious. They repaired the leak and cleaned up the area nicely by putting in new pipes, insulation, and sealing the work area once again.Thank you Matt and Franky. The folks that fixed my broken trap were a pleasure to work with. I had sewage backing up into my basement which was an utter nightmare - especially because I have two tenants that also live on the property. They came out first thing in the morning, and worked straight through until about 6:30p. All is fixed and I can flush again without worrying about a nasty, nasty mess. I wish I could remember their names, because I'd like to thank them again for giving me peace of mind. I could breath again...
