Best Sewer Line Problem in Philadelphia PA

We have been using Goodman Plumbing for over 8 years. Every single visit we have had has been professional, competent and efficient. All of their plumbers have been knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, we had Bill S. come to help with a toilet tank and handle issue. Bill was very professional, took the time needed to diagnose and repair our toilet. What we like about Goodman is their follow through - if there is ever a part that needs to be ordered, they are up front about the needs and follow up as soon as they are able. I highly recommend!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Warren has saved my house from water damage more than once and on very short notice. I’ve spoken to professional plumbers and told them the cost of his services and they have been blown away by how fair his pricing is. As long as I’m a home owner, I need Warren in my life. He’s trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with his time and skill set. He even helped me make a decision on a home based on his plumbing expertise when I went through inspection. As of yesterday he saved my basement from flooding and my home from not having water for the holiday weekend. If you’re on the fence, I suggest just calling him.

We had a pipe burst late in the day and had to get it replaced. Called Tony 5:30pm on Friday and he came out within the hour. A true life saver and great work overall. Highly recommended.

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

Anthony was great! He came at the behin of the arrival time I was given, and completed the flapper repair very quickly. He also helped me with some preventive maintenance tips so the toilet lasts longer. I definitely recommend this company.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price. We had severe seepage and flooding on multiple occasions in our condo and we found it difficult to diagnose the problem, but John at Splash found the source and made repairs and pipe replacement. Great job.

if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys . most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go! i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

MTD Drains are great! I called mid morning and they came out right away. I cannot tell enough how much I appreciate that! Unfortunately, I have a pretty big messy issue with the drain but these guys worked so hard to fix the problem. They are friendly and courteous. Just real good neighborhood guys. Very knowledgeable! Again, I really appreciate what they did for me today . Please call MTD Drains they are worth it!!

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

I've been going through a plumbing problem (no hot water, Leakes, etc.) for 6 weeks. I have had 2 other plumbing companies come out and paid over thousands of dollars, but still the same problem remained. I finally got fed up and googled plumbing near me and found Reliable Plumbing. Well Reliable Plumbing was a God sent because they came in professional, knowledgeable, and reliable!!
