As a fellow plumber there are only a few guys I would recommend to one of my customers if my schedule was booked and I couldn’t personally assist them. And Keith is one of those guys. He’s extremely professional, and knowledgeable and I know if I needed a guy to help out one of my customers he would do a top notch job to keep everyone involved extremely happy. We had water dumping into our basement and Tony was able to get here within a day. When he arrived we went through everything and he advised us the problem was not our house, rather the city or our neighbors. Sure enough, our neighbors abandoned house was collecting water in their basement and dumping it underground which caused it to raise up through our basement cracks. He was fair about pricing and professional in his recommendations. We will be calling him from now on for plumbing issues.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I found them several years ago because they were willing to quote me a price over the phone to replace a toilet when I said I already had the new toilet. Others I called insisted on sending someone out. I was worried I would be overcharged for a simple job.Since then Best Choice has been the one I call. Their management system works very well I never have to wait very long. They have sent someone to dig eight feet down for a broken storm drain joint out by the curb. They have sent someone to repair or replace plumbing fixtures in the duplex I own and in my own house. The service people they send have been experienced and capable which is important for an older house. Once a plumber came thinking he was just giving a quote and then stayed until 10:00 PM to install new bathroom fixtures for the apartment that I was showing the next day.

Billy and Jimmy came on time both days and were super friendly and professional. They explained the situation thoroughly and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were even helpful in recommending services for other work that can be done. Prices were very fair and we could not be happier with the work. Our new go-to place for all plumbing-related needs.HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!
