They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Bill is very responsive always and when I had problems with my water heater they came out right away, assessed the issue and supplied me with a new water heater in under a few days. I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. The guys who showed up were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up the work area when the job was complete. I would highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs.

My whole house was backed up my toilet and shower in my basement was over flowing with water and Tony came and track down the problem with ease. It took him about a hour to fix the problem. He also cleaned up everything after he was done. I recommend this company for anyone with plumbing problems and the price was very fair and reasonable.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Highly recommend! Called after 9 this morning and they had someone out to me before 11! Issue was resolved quickly.

Laundry room sink was clogged slow drainage and had the filter sneak through the pipes to unclog it. Technician was very friendly explain what needed to be done answered any questions I had very professional

Veteran LLC did this amazing job! The sun room had water damage that lead to the wonderful remodel and expansion of the kitchen. They are on top of their game. Called in an Engineer on short notice for removing the support wall and calculating the correct load beam(s) needed to enlarge the kitchen. Completely rewired the kitchen with easy also upgrading to the correct electrical code. Appliances have the correct amps and breakers for each, NO more worries of running multiple kitchen appliances at once and tripping the breakers. Now the kitchen is light years ahead of the rest of the house. Veteran LLC will be my only choice for the rest of my house and future upgrades!
