Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

Bill and his team are very responsive! I call and they make every effort to get there asap. My first time working with bill was a small renovation on the third floor. He ran new pipes for 4 radiators, a tub and a sink. He’s on time and his prices are fair. I’ll keep working with him.

I had a leak under my sink that got progressively worse very quickly. I called, actually got an answer right away (did not have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back like most places) and Tony gave me a time frame and was at my house exactly when he said he would be. He explained the repair, went right to work, and was done very quickly. Tony was professional, polite, quick, efficient, and knows what he is doing. Will be using again for my plumbing needs.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They were fast, on time and very respectful.

Needed an emergency drain service at 10pm and they came quickly. They set me up with an insursnce adjuster the same night and had water restoration in my house the next day for cleanup. I didnt expect much initially but was extremely impressed by the service start to finish and i would reccomend them to anyone.

My water heater had a slow leak and needed to be replaced. I called Bill Frusco at a moment's notice, and they were able to replace the water heater the same day! I was also very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done
