They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I highly recommend Boss Plumbing! Warren, the owner, and his team member DJ came out late on a Friday night to unclog our main drain ahead of some rain storms. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Warren even took the time to explain the issue to us and give us some helpful tips to prevent future clogs. DJ was also very friendly and courteous throughout the process. We were very impressed with their service and will definitely be using Boss Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Had them come out to fix both my failed sewer and waste water lines and both times they were very professional, very responsive (reached out multiple times to confirm dates and times) and the work they did was good and very professional and clean looking.Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done!

Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!
