Zach and Brandon did a great job fixing my leaking cast iron sewage pipe! They also noticed the smell of natural gas and were able to isolate the leak and fix it same day for a small extra fee. They were very polite and great to deal with! This is a great company who also installed a tankless water heater and fixed a sink drain. They are always responsive and do great work: it is rare to find such a good company

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I called Boss plumbing came a lil earlier than appointment time that was great especially they cleaned the drain I got instant results and he also educated me some preventative measures as well I do recommend them and will use Boss plumbing in the future

Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

Excellent service from this company. The two gentlemen who showed up (Alex and I forgot the other gentleman’s name) were committed to resolving my sewer problem. They kept going at it until it was fixed. They clearly communicated with me along the way. Highly recommended.

Dan was very professional. I had used Roto Rooter 2 mos ago for a drain clean and sewer cap repair, and that service was not up to par. I was angry, and Dan did his best to help rectify my issue. I felt confident that my issue was resolved after his service !

I feel like the anomaly, as the other reviews are positive.I thought Andy's prices were high...$225 to replace a shut off value. The work took 30 minutes. So basically, he's working for $400 an hour. Felt like a rip off.Another example of an estimate was $85 to replace a toilet flapper. It took me all of 5 minutes to replace it and was $8 for the parts.Service was good, but I was not pleased with the prices.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

Called Best Choice Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon for a broken toilet. Plumber arrived within 3 hours. He was couteous, quick and very efficient. Price was good too - especially for a last minute emergency repair.
I will call them again without a doubt.

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. So good to have hot water again! Thank you Aqua Plumbing

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I am very well pleased with the service I received from Billy F. He has replaced a leaky faucet, performed my yearly heater maintenance and installed a Nest thermostat, which I love and most recently performed my yearly AC maintenance. I also like I can request the same technician so he is familiar with my house.
