Goodmans originally came out in November to clear a clogged drain line. Within in 2 months they came back out to fix it again gratis. There was hole in the main drain stack line. This was the source of the flooding in basement. They immediately came to evaluate it and st up time to repair, while making sure the clamp would hold until then.Zack came out today and was able to repair the pipes in 30 min.Nick was super responsive was I was concerned that the drain kept clogging and didn’t hand off the ticket until he was sure I was satisfied. Thank you to all the employees at Goodman! Highly recommend.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

What phenomenal service! The guys at East Falls Plumbing really do live by a customer service model. I called on a Tuesday with a broken garbage disposal and was able to get an appointment Friday same week (I was offered next day service but unfortunately was not available for it.) They said someone would arrive between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, and one of their repairmen was on my porch at 11:28 am, I wasn't even ready for their arrival because i hadn't anticipated such a great level of prompt and professional.Immediately was able to come in and diagnose my issue, sadly for me I needed an entirely new disposal, but they were incredibly well prepared and already had one on hand in the truck, no need for a return visit! Everything was removed, installed, and tested within 45 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves, I almost didn't believe I received a repair from how thoroughly neat they were!Billed me later through paypal invoice with no issues. Incredibly fair and little below general market pricing. Truly this is a delightful repair group, 12/10 will be using them again until the business (or I) leave this earth.

I HIGHLY recommend City Plumbing! They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! They replaced my rotted sewer line this morning without a hitch . I have never used them before but if I have any other plumbing/sewer issues I will be calling them.

I have used Keith (KCS) for our teams full plumbing system installs for about 2-3 years now. Keith has always provided our team with quality, professional, reasonable work and prices! We’ve never had an issue with leakage, as that could be a issue with some plumbers; but not Keith! I’d truly recommend Keith for anyone looking for a top notch plumber!

Recently I had a terrible Clog, Thompson plumbing took 20 minutes to walk me through what the problem was and how I could fix it. This was incredibly nice and thoughtful of Him and I was blown away by his kindness to take the time and share! Highly recommended! A plumber you know is looking to help you!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Wow, Best Choice Plumbing & Heating saved the day! I woke up to water in my basement due to a clogged pipe. After having several contractors out to give me astronomical quotes ($600!), I was referred to Best Choice. At the end of a long day (5P), Robert Stec showed up - he was kind and gracious, took the time to teach me about my plumbing system AND got my the house up and running again at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Best Choice Plumbing and specifically, Robert. They will definitely be the first call on my list for all plumbing needs.

We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those other plumbers. For GOOD!!
