Best Repair HVAC in Philadelphia PA

Goodman Plumbing is excellent. We originally called them to vet a potential water heater leak before leaving on vacation (wasn't leaking thankfully). We contracted them again to remove and replace our old waterheater with a new efficiency model.Their pricing is really reasonable for the quality of work, and they're up front if there are any surprises that change the quote. In my case, we had to run additional piping to install a new drain, which added a bit to the total.The work they did was excellent. Everything was super clean and you wouldn't have known everything wasn't already piped the way it was. Would hire again.Oh and they can schedule you really quickly. For the emergency water leak check, they came the morning after we called. For the water heater install, we were able to schedule under a week from requesting.

I used this plumber in two jobs.
Price too high!

City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

This was my first time hiring a profssional plumber. I usually used a friend or family member to fix plumbing issues but I needed a professional because I'm going to need a lot of things changed in my home. I found Tony through Google and because he had a website and listed what he does made me contact him. I called and set the appointment for the next day. Tony did explain if another client contacted him for an emergency that could push my appointment back because I didn't make an emergency appointment. And I understood that and appreciated him for letting me know that in advance. Tony came to my home and put on foot covers which I definitely liked because in my home we take our shoes off. Tony came in, found the leak and gave me options. It's so important to have a reliable plumber and Tony is now my plumber for life because he's the real deal.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

They did not use masks and were not vaccinated and was very unhappy with the work that was done and also thought the young men that came to my house was under the influence

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t back up his work, or his word. Ues anybody else EXCEPT this business. Horrible!

Chris was very patient, professional and thorough with his investigation into my steam boiler issue.I really appreciated his sincerity in my matter, and how much he extended a helping hand. Chris never gave the impression that he didn't want to do the work and he is extremely knowledgeable. He was fair and concise with his answers, and didn't leave me with an ounce of regret like other heater contractors that swore they knew about steam boilers.I will definitely use this company in the future!

Very neat, dependable & reasonable

Very responsive with quick turnaround time for scheduling, and office staff is communicative on the day of service. Every technician has been great, providing updates throughout the diagnostic process and showing their knowledge/expertise with successful repairs.

I called yesterday late afternoon and they were there around 9:30 this morning for a non-emergency. I was totally impressed with the communication before, during and after (I was not there at my dad's house when they arrived but the technician called me to keep me in the loop as to his arrival time and what the issues were. Found the problem. The quoted rate for the service call was maintained and will be applied against the remedial job should we wish to install new fixture. Awesome Reliable!
