1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Tony came out to fix a leaky sink faucet and a running toilet at my house a couple of weeks ago. We confirmed the appointment the night before and he arrived RIGHT at the time that he told me. He was very courteous and professional, allowing me to watch as he worked and explained, in detail, what the problems were and what he was going to do to fix them. Even when fixing the sink became more apparently difficult than he originally thought, Tony persisted and did not leave until the leak was fixed and running properly. The sink ran with even better water pressure (and no leak!) after he was done fixing it. He fixed the toilet quickly as well and worked with me to make sure that both were working properly. His pricing is fair, and he is a great overall local plumber to work with who does a top-notch job, taking pride in his work. I will definitely be hiring him again for any future plumbing issues and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

Excellent service from Gymone at Murphy Plumbing! Main water line leaking into my basement. Had to turn water off to the house, was still leaking! Gymone answered my after-hours emergency call immediately within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was kind enough not to charge an after-hour service call fee! His professionalism and plumbing expertise really saved the day! Would definitely recommend him and use his plumbing services in the future.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! Technician was condescending and unprofessional on the phone the day of the service call before he entered my rental unit. His diagnosis was that the ceiling was dry rotted and sagging down from a drip. He told me it would be $300 just to cut it open and see what’s going on. Turns out there is no dry rot or sag and the ceiling is dry. This was a dishonest service call, from someone who sounded like they were on drugs. False diagnosis and recommendation to open up ceiling that didn’t need to be opened.

Romaine was very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing, and showed us where the problem was.
