They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

So, Boss Plumbing hasn’t actually come out to my house, but I did work with Warren (on a Saturday!) to have them come out for flooding in my basement from the water line. I had an appointment with a different large company on Sunday morning that I was able to cancel if I found someone on Saturday.I preferred a smaller, family-owned business and found glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp for Warren and Boss Plumbing. I called and he was able to get some of his plumbers to come out within a couple of hours, which was very impressive. However, before they arrived, a field assessor from the large company I had an appt with on Sunday spontaneously showed up before Warren’s staff arrived, and just kind of took over the situation, in a way that I probably needed as a new home owner. I had to cancel on Warren, which I feel terrible about (I was also having some technical difficulties with the invoice for Boss).However, if I am unfortunate enough to need an emergency plumber again (or for plumbing in general) I will definitely call Boss Plumbing, and I highly recommend Warren for his responsiveness, especially on a Saturday, and at a time when it seemed like there were plumbing emergencies all over the city to deal with.

I've used East Falls Plumbing for years now. Bill and his crew are responsive, kind, and helpful. I can trust Bill to do the very best job. He replaced my water heater and fixed a leak that came from my bathroom down to my kitchen. He also replaced my bathroom faucet.

Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing are awesome. I had sewage backup in my basement do to a blockage and they did an excellent job in resolving my problem. Manuel was the one dispatched to my residence and he was very professional, very skilled -even recommending a better service, based my situation, that I didn't know was a thing. He didn't leave until he felt the job was thoroughly finished and even gave me some tips on clean-up.

Very rude. I thought I had an appointment arranged then missed a call as I was putting a child to bed. I called within five minutes of the missed call to find he cancelled my request. His response was that's life in the big city. Anyone with this kind of attitude is not worth my business.

I have used this company three times in the past and have not been disappointed at all. Before using Best Choice Plumbing it was a hit or miss trying different plumbers. To me, their name says it all. I had them out today for an estimate to replaced my shut off at the curb plus two drain lines under the house.The gentleman that came out to give me the quote was very informative about what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost for each part of the job I was told once they get the permits they can begin work. I just got a call saying that they will begin tomorrow morning. Incredible! I feel the price I was quoted was very reasonable and this company really is your Best Choice for any of your plumbing needs.

Billy and Jimmy came on time both days and were super friendly and professional. They explained the situation thoroughly and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were even helpful in recommending services for other work that can be done. Prices were very fair and we could not be happier with the work. I called Veterans Plumbing at night with an emergency. they texted me back in a very timely manner..before I finished reading the text I received a call to find out what was wrong.. A very courteous gentleman took down all the information,, he gave me a window time the repair person would come.. My repair person Chris Tucker sent me a text saying he was on his way within the time frame that was given to me. Chris was very professional, and courteous, he answered all my questions and explained everything in a very patient manner. Chris even cleaned up and took the old tank with him..I was given a discount because my husband is a veteran also. I would definitely recommend this company to others. No rating, company very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 9am. Not only did no one show up but when I called to inquire about service appointment, the man stated he was unsure and there must have been a problem with the system. My frustration began when he had no suggestions to fixing the problem. Poor customer service for someone who took off work to accommodate a scheduled appointment.

I loved this process from start to finish. I don’t know what I’m doing. New homebuyer. Not super handy. Not handy at all, actually. Called for an assessment and asked a ton of questions. They were friendly and professional throughout the booking process. Before my tech arrived, they sent me a headshot and bio (highlighting that my tech likes painting and digital art - this was a nice touch because, as a woman who was solo that day, it’s hard to let complete strangers in your house). They also sent me a tracker (which was accurate) so I knew exactly when my tech would arrive. The tech, Darius, answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb and provided additional services on the spot when he noticed an issue. I would highly recommend. The service came with a year warranty and helpful tips about drain pipe health.
