My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

The guys showed up early which worked out great for my schedule. They were quick and efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I called Thompson Plumbing when my garbage disposal broken after I had gotten a glass stuck in it. I tried clearing it myself but it still wasn't working and wasn't draining. Instead of charging me $150 for an easy fix, they walked me through it on the phone and the method worked like a charm. If I ever have any real plumbing issues they will be the first call i make from now on!

I was about to give up on this company last week, I’ve been having water leak in my bathroom upstairs for about 5 weeks, on and off. The company will send someone to fix an issue, it’s good at first and then sometimes it will leak a few weeks after. So that means I have to go back to my house which is a 2 hour drive and see if its an old issue or new issue. Some plumbers are okay, some are horrible. Thank God they sent Tom Y the last week, he fixed my toilet once before and I have to say he’s one of the few honest, reliable plumbers the company has!I’m telling you, plumbers like Tom Y are rare, he did a great job!!! He was very kind, polite, helpful and did a thorough job. I liked how he kept me informed on what was happening. He’s very knowledgeable, polite, and I won’t have to worry anymore about a job that the company already worked on. Thank you! I hope you can find more good folks like him!I do appreciate that best choice sent him as soon as they could on that day, other companies I have to wait a day or two. 4 starts because this was a job that BCP worked on in February

Had 2 toilets installed today and the guys were great! They are very neat! Vacuumed up all the debris! Very friendly! Would definitely recommend them!

The office people were incredible and always pleasant when discussing what needed to be done. INCOMPETENT, EXPENSIVE, SLOW! I hired Plumbing Boys to fix a broken PVC pipe. They had to replace several inches of a pipe in bathroom accessing it from the wall in a bedroom. Their price was high but I was willing to pay $500, since it was an emergency situation and half of the house was left without water. They were unable to repair the pipe the first night and had to come back several times during 8 day period, since the replaced piece kept dripping inside a wall. A hole in the wall was getting bigger and bigger, and we lived without water on two floors. We couldn't bath a baby and use toilets. A small project turned into a big headache. Once during testing, they flooded the bathroom forgetting to connect the pipe on other side. Then the following day the plumber didn't show up and didn't even call. On the 7 th day another Plumbing Boy managed to fix the problem but left me with an ugly plastic wall cover, that was twice bigger than hole and didn't lie flat. I was also shocked to discover $85 charge for sink installation. They only thing they did was putting it back on brackets that held it before. They even neglected to tighten the screws. One would think that after this sink fell down and broke the pipe, it should be secured better than this. They agreed to issues a $85 refund but I've never got it.
