Best Plumbing Problem in Philadelphia PA

Zach and Brandon did a great job fixing my leaking cast iron sewage pipe! They also noticed the smell of natural gas and were able to isolate the leak and fix it same day for a small extra fee. They were very polite and great to deal with! This is a great company who also installed a tankless water heater and fixed a sink drain. They are always responsive and do great work: it is rare to find such a good company

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; Hi I saw your reviews can you help me? He automatically responds; Were booked I sighed then he said; Whats wrong? I was like; My tub is clogged and.. Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

I received a referral to use this company through the city program to fix the the waterline in your home. I pay a monthly fee to secure this plumbing services when needed.They were late and unprofessional. I had to ask the service technician what's the next step before he left my home and he advised he had to put a ticket in.I called the next day to check the status of the ticket and the representative that answered the phone advised; the ticket was never put in because I refused to let City Plumbing run a scope through my pipes. Lies! Who would refuse services if that's what's needed to solve your water problem.The technicians never came in my home with any equipment nor did they ask to bring in any. So I called the servicing provider to explain the lack of service from City Plumbing.They sent another company Transcend Plumbing. The technician came out found the problem and I'm waiting for an approval to get my plumbing repaired. The visit took every bit of 5 minutes to find the issue and it was no need to run a camera/scope through my pipes.Just wanted to share my experience.

We called and our problem was solved within hours. Took care of everything and gave good advice. Very professional and knowledgeable. Treated us like family. Our go to from now on...Would recommend to everyone.

honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

Economy Plumbing, are absolutely a life saver. Technician Anthony, came out to my property assessed the problem, was very knowledgeable. Anthony, cleaned the area up, he was just a fantastic person to have come out. Thank you so much , and will use you guys again.

Thea was on time and professional. The problem I thought I had with the pipe in my basement was not the issue. He figured out why water was coming from my basement pipe in no time and he showed why water was coming from there. I give Thea 5 stars because his professionalism and he was reasonable. He took care of the problem and made sure it was fixed before he left.

The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Zoom Drain scheduled according to my needs, quickly and with flexibility. They called a few hours before my appointment to see if they could come earlier. That worked for us, so Derick came within 30 minutes. I got a text confirmation with his picture so We knew who to expect. I wasn’t home, so my son greeted him and showed him the problem. Derick called me to let me know the options and called again once the work was complete. He was very courteous and professional. Work was done within 20 minutes or so. Came home to absolutely no sign that he was even here (besides the cleared drain)!

MTD drains showed up within 48 hours and promptly diagnosed the issue. Bob made it a point to double check the entire line with his scope and let us know the full work that was needed. We called other plumbers and they wouldn’t even show up or wouldn’t commit to doing it and Bob promised to be there in a day and did the work. He was incredibly professional and did great craftsmanship. Use MTD drains if you want your plumbing headaches taken care of quick.

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

Keith, Steve, Brian and crew were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SAUCE! I could not have dreamt of a better team. They are truly the plumbing dream team. Replaced over 20 feet of PVC inside my basement in less than 2.5 hours. That ncluded the cement work AND a large piece of pipe behind the hot water heater which they worked around. Professional, punctual, and light hearted. I would NEVER use another plumbing company. Never Ever.
