Called due to loss of hot water in our house. They called right back and were able to send someone out the same morning. Nick came in, was professional and explained what was wrong and what the options were. Once I made the decision he was able to install a new hot water heater and was done before lunch. He explained the new hot water heater and what to expect immediately after. Nick was great we would definitely use Goodman again.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I called Boss plumbing came a lil earlier than appointment time that was great especially they cleaned the drain I got instant results and he also educated me some preventative measures as well I do recommend them and will use Boss plumbing in the future

I have used East Falls Plumbing multiple times after a referral from my cousin. I have used them for a variety of small and large plumbing needs. I emailed them on Sunday and got an immediate response. The receptionist got me an appointment for the following Monday. I received a call 8:07am Monday morning from Mike that he’d arrived in about 30 minutes and he in fact did. Mike came out, evaluated the issue and was very informative! I’m no plumber but his communication was so well I completely understood the issue. I got my toilet resealed and my flange replaced. I’m not sure of the price that you should pay for something like that but I was alright with the price. Honestly, the convenience, great professionalism, and the short time period it took to fix it was so worth it to me! He had everything he needed in his truck and was literally out in 2 hours, problem solved! I would highly recommend them, and if need be I will use them in the future.

I purchased a new gas dryer, it was delivered. The gentleman advised me that I didn’t have a shut off valve, and was in need of a plumber. So no installation. My daughter came across this site and the reviews were great... so we gave him a call. We spoke on the phone and he was clear on what he could do on a Saturday(emergency).Well Mr Tony came and accessed the situation. There was a shut off valve!!He did an excellent job.He was kind and showed empathy to a situation that he didn’t have to. He adjusted the bill, and gave me a discount for their stupidity.His professionalism was refreshing,with kindness that was a welcome.Brenda

We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. I want to say Excellent service. The service rep came in, assessed the problem with my brains in which he was very knowledgeable about, informed me of the cost and proceeded with correcting the problem. He was very professional and friendly. He is a great representative for Zoom.

Were not able to clear drain. Removed two toilets and may have broken the flanges. And they charged me even though they left the situation worse than they found it vs helping.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
