They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

I received a referral to use this company through the city program to fix the the waterline in your home. I pay a monthly fee to secure this plumbing services when needed.They were late and unprofessional. I had to ask the service technician what's the next step before he left my home and he advised he had to put a ticket in.I called the next day to check the status of the ticket and the representative that answered the phone advised; the ticket was never put in because I refused to let City Plumbing run a scope through my pipes. Lies! Who would refuse services if that's what's needed to solve your water problem.The technicians never came in my home with any equipment nor did they ask to bring in any. So I called the servicing provider to explain the lack of service from City Plumbing.They sent another company Transcend Plumbing. The technician came out found the problem and I'm waiting for an approval to get my plumbing repaired. The visit took every bit of 5 minutes to find the issue and it was no need to run a camera/scope through my pipes.Just wanted to share my experience.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Jim G. did an excellent job for us. We had a wet spot/drip in the ceiling below our bathroom. We thought our sink drain was leaking, but it was actually the toilet flange had cracked and was loose. He cut open the ceiling below the bathroom and diagnosed in just a few min. Really incredibly fast and thorough job. He cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with our results and no more leak!

Asked them to come work on a commercial boiler at my place of employment and had to pay an employee to wait for them to arrive between 9am and Noon. After 3 phone calls to their office they showed up around 3:30pm.I don't have a problem with them being late, but I do have a problem with them not communicating that they would be 3-4 hours late.They assessed the problem and determined that it was too late in the day to begin a repair. They said that they would call the next day to arrange a time to come back. They never called, or showed up. That was 6 weeks ago.

Very satisfied. Contacted him in the morning and he came around by early afternoon, very prompt. Explained very clearly the root cause of the issue, the options, and the plan to fix. Though he was called in to fix a leaky toilet, he also noticed our sink drain had a minor issue and fixed it gratis. He also provided some tips for other potential issues we might have with our shower and how to keep an eye out for any problems that might arise. I feel like I got a bonus plumbing assessment for our second floor bathroom. Above all else, he was very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended especially for anyone in the Rox/Manayunk area in need of a plumber.

This is an update to my earlier 5 Star reviews of the work done for me by Chris from Veteran but a very significant one because it reflects replacement of my entire central air system and dealing incredibly well with a major problem. I can only give 5 stars but it deserves more!I have central air in my old 1908 condo building and the heating unit in the basement began leaking Co2, needing replacement. The outdoor unit was about 14 years old so it was reasonable to replace both at the same time with more modern technology. Big job and once it was done there were problems with the outside unit making noise under certain circumstances. Of the 25,000 units Amana built last year, 5 had defective operation, putting the odds of getting a lemon 5,000 to 1. When Chris heard the noise he set about taking out the bad unit and replacing it with a new replacement. All work was under the unit's warranty and it was a VERY big job because of the outside unit being in such an awkward location at the end of a narrow walkway.So this update reflects an incredible amount of work on his part. I looked over the specs of the unit he selected for us and it looks like an excellent choice. Everything about the job was done as professionally as I can imagine. You couldn't do better that selecting Veteran for your HVAC work.Thanks Chris! Once again, for the third time,I am really pleased with the results. Installing a HEPA filter is a pretty involved procedure and he again displayed his high level of professionalism, his talent, and his depth of knowledge. It is working very well. And he was joined this time by Kelly who specializes in plumbing. She replaced the heating element in my hot water tank and that very went well also. They are the best professionals I've ever dealt with and their billing is very reasonable as well.Continue reading but I wanted to add the above based on continued satisfaction.This is my second time using their services and both times have been outstanding. Both times the person sent was Chris and both times I felt very confident in his ability and his commitment to doing the job right. I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Job well done, replaced new Kholer aerator and cartridges since Kholer no longer carries the faucet that I had purchased years ago. Plumber was professional, skilled and effective. My faucet feels like knew and functional. He was very kind enough to tighten my loose toilet seat. Yes, I will definitely use their service and recommend them to other customers who yearns for good plumbing.
