My washer was to be installed but I did not notice that the valves were corroded and not installed correctly. Tony came to the rescue and corrected the valves within an hour. I was so happy to get the job done in one day. He was a referral from a neighbor and I can see why. He returns call, show up timely, and completes the job efficiently. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I contacted Roger Ross Plumbing to fix the tub spout in my bathroom, which was leaking behind the wall. Scheduling was easy and the people on the phone are very nice. The plumbers showed up a bit before the scheduled time and were finished with the job in about a half hour, they attached a threaded fitting to the pipe and re-installed the tub spout. It’s working now with no leaks, I would recommend Roger Ross if you need any plumbing work done.
