Best Outdoor Plumbing in Philadelphia PA

Scam artists. I called about clogs in my bathtub and my sink. They did a visual inspection, used their fingers to pull a couple hairs out of my bathtub drain, and then tried to charge me $180. I called the service office and they lowered the charge to $125 but it was still a complete scam. They refused to snake the drain or do anything else. I pull the hair out of the drain myself every time I take a shower. My fiancé showed them a reverse osmosis machine that he wanted to install in the kitchen sink and they said they have no idea who to install pipes. Umm aren’t you supposed to be plumbers??

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Tony was prompt, responsive, honest, and fair on his price. He initially came by to give me an estimate totaling $1500 worth of work. Rather than being quick to sell me on the repairs, he instead advised me to try a simple, do-it-yourself fix that would have only cost me around $20. Unfortunately that didn't work, so I ended up calling him back. He then came by and fixed my issue for $900 after staying true to his word that he could beat someone else's estimate by 25%. In a time where it's tough to find good, honest people to trust working on your home, Tony stands out as someone you can depend on. Great experience altogether, highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I've been work in the restaurant industry for 25 years, this is by far the best plumbing and drain company around. they install my sewer line within one day and they did a Phenomenal job. Would highly recommended. Travas and his crew are the best!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Helpful, fairly priced, polite and clean. Has a clogged drain that a friend tried to clear but his snake was not long enough. He suggested I call Rooto Rooter...BIG MISTAKE. They would not quote prices on phone. I know why they wanted to charge me 370 to run a 60 ft snake. Vince B from Frusco was awesome. I will be calling again!
