My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. City plumber had the part I needed to fix my toilet and showed up as scheduled. Joe and Dave came to my house. Dave was very nice but Joe was horribly rude. He would not look up from his phone (literally) while I was talking to him about a leak in my bathroom. He also either completely ignored my questions or gave one work answers that were not enough info to answer my questions. I would not recommend anyone paying for a service and being treated like this. I would never call this plumber again.

Roger Ross really came through. After a different drain specialist could not fix a leaking water line, I called Roger Ross mid-afternoon and they were out within an hour or two and repaired the leak no problem. These guys are great - highly recommended.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Hot water heater pipe exploded in my restaurant . Water was pouring out the pipe non stop and we couldn’t shut it off . Greater Works Plumbing came to the rescue quick and performed the pipe repair and shop vac’d the water out. BEST EMERGENCY PLUMBERS .
