We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

East Falls P&H took on re-plumbing and installation of a new boiler including a number of (very heavy!) radiators in a house that had been empty for many years. Everything was done in the time frame they presented at the cost of the original estimate with absolutely no complications on my part. A few minor problems with the updated system were corrected quickly. Bill stayed in touch and was responsive to inquiries throughout the process . Highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

My shower and kitchen sink did not have adequate water pressure however my bathroom sink and tub were fine. Tony assessed the problem ,turned the water off, disassembled the units and made the appropriate repairs. My shower and kitchen sink was repaired timely. He was very professional and left the work areas clean.

They unclog my shower drain, it kept on feeling up. And my kitchen sink to. Now it save me sometime cause I had to clean the sink and shower like every day. They done a great job

Moved into a new place recently and had a few plumbing problems I had to get addressed. They were good about contacting me pretty promptly after getting in touch, setting an appointment up, and following up afterward on the issue to make sure they were taken care of.Had to get a toilet replacement due to a faulty toilet that was at the house, and they did great at the new installation, and following cleanup and removal of the old toilet.Prices also seemed very fair for the work that was done, and the people they had out were very professional and good to talk to. I would certainly call them again in the future if anything else needs to be fixed.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. my sister 's rental house is located in north east Philadelphia and her house needed to replaced the curb side p trap . we called bill frusco plumbing to do the job . we paid $3200 for the replacement and cement pavement is included in the job that stated on the bill. they told us that they would come back to in two week to put the cement pavement . it has been more than two months since they finished the job and no one come back to take care of the curb side . They left the vent expose without any cement . i called them and the lady told us that they are so busy . all the cement job are back up and told me to wait for phone call . no one call still.

The technician arrived earlier than expected but he had also texted his arrival time so I was ready for him. We discussed the issues and he got to work quickly. He seemed to work quickly and was friendly.

They done work for me several times and I've never had to call them back to fix what they did. Friendly, answer your questions and address concerns. They do good work!

Do not trust this guy with any major job in your home. Communication is horrible. He has no respect for anyone’s time or schedule, and he overcharges.
