They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

My water pump under the sink stopped working and Tony came to see what the issue was. He arrived right on time at 2pm and was able to assess the situation and replace the water pump within two hours. Absolutely great service and super friendly. I honestly didn’t have any contacts for a reliable plumber, but I definitely plan on calling Tony whenever I have another issue. 10/10 would recommend.

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Economy is a great company and their employees and service that they provided is even better. The arrived on time, and fixed the problem in no time. I definitely will be using them again in the future.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

Called Aqua due to a leak under the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was going to do and why. He showed the pieces that he replaced. He put my wife and I at ease. Cost of the repairs was the average for this area and received a senior's 10 percent discount. The guys that came out were great. I don't know the names of the first two young men out but John came out on a Saturday and then Matt came in on Tuesday and replaced my hot and cold water lines. Excellent workmanship from all guys involved. Thank you.

Andy and his daughter (forgot her name) came to visit and see the work we needed done, gave us a fair price, and scheduled us a week later to come and complete the work. A crew of three came and were very professional and courteous and completed the work quickly, and we are thoroughly enjoying our new toilet and faucets! Will hire them again no doubt.
