Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Good people are hard to find nowadays. Different plumbers come out before I finally found Tony. The first guy (from something “Rooters”) was rude but offered to do the job at a ridiculous amount. The second guy (from something Murphy) complained the whole time, took half the money, and said he’ll come back the next day to finish the job. Next day, he was 2 hours late. I told him don’t bother coming back.Tony was super professional, courteous, and quickly got the job done at a fair reasonable price. He took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was. I’m grateful for his patience and sensible demeanor. Good people are hard to find nowadays. I plan on saving his number and using his services in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Sam and Tim came out and both were as professional and helpful as I could ask for. They addressed my initial concerns, and then took the time to help me with a few other items I hadn’t initially called them out for. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

The best heating/plumbing pros! My sewer line had a clog and my heater stop working! In the same week! They came in fix both. Very nice and friendly professional service.

My inside shut off valve was dripping. They turned it and it start drpping worse. They then went to turn off the outside valve and snapped it. Now there was no way to turn off the water. Then someone showed up with a big claw truck to dig up the street and didn't tell me. I stopped them before they got it off the flat bed. They also never gave me a estimate before they started. to do any work. They did inform me on the phone that they wanted the whole payment. I later found out that it would have cost me $3,800 to $4,200.after I called them three times to ask. No mention of the fact that they broke the the shut off value.I ended up with someone else. They didn't need to dig up the street only a portion oof my pavement. Fix within an hour

My leak happened on a HOLIDAY!!!! I was expecting NOT to find a plumber that was opened or would come out in a timely manner. I was so blessed with Chris from Vetrans Plumbing and Heating. He listened to my frantic description of what was happening and was onsite in about an hour. He went over every possible place the leak could be coming from while also answering questions from the impacted downstairs neighbor. It was truly one of the most professional experiences I have had and the price was reasonable. Please give them a try for all your everyday plumbing needs. I am sure you will be as satisfied as I am!!!!
