I've used Goodman several times and they are always reliable, responsive, and very professional. Today Sean D was my plumber and he was particularly helpful, taking the time to explain everything he was doing, how the problem started, and how to prevent it in the future. This style of service is top tier and gives me confidence in the repair and confidence for me to recommend them to my neighbors.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. This was my first experience with John and I added him to my contacts without hesitation for future business. I strongly encourage you to do the same. Thanks again, John! ?

I called Boss plumbing came a lil earlier than appointment time that was great especially they cleaned the drain I got instant results and he also educated me some preventative measures as well I do recommend them and will use Boss plumbing in the future

Whenever I need a plumber, I email Bill Bierman and he gets back to me quickly. I never have to wait long for them to come out and they're flexible with my schedule. Most importantly, they take their time and do a great job - from simple tasks like fixing a leaky faucet to replacing piping. Overall, they are friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive. Keith and his team were very professional and provided quality service from beginning to end. My phenomenal experience began with Jae. She promptly returned my call and scheduled my appointment. She was very detailed and provided me all the information I needed for my appointment. Keith and Hasan went above and beyond trying to diagnose my issue. They also serviced my last minute requests of drain cleaning and flapper installation. All of the staff with this company are kind, respectful, and professional. I recommend them 100%.

Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I had an excellent experience as a customer of Economy Drain - speaking with the owner was pleasant and straightforward. The serviceman Tommy arrived promptly at the beginning of a morning window, performed excellent work and got my drain system flowing perfectly, and was a great guy to talk with on top of everything. He answered my questions about other services and explained all options clearly at every step of the process. I have found my plumbing services provider for the foreseeable future in Kensington!

I called Thompson Plumbing when I was not getting heat on the top floor of my three-story house. It is an old system that uses a boiler and hot water cast iron radiators. John came out and tweaked the pressure settings and bled the radiators resulting in fully warm and working system in an hour’s time. John did mention a radiator valve that may need to be replaced in the future. I highly recommend these guys.

This company and employee Dennis are absolute scam artists. We called Roto after a basement flood from a sewer overflow, and they assured us that they would work with insurance to get us the best deal possible and make sure that we were covered by our policy. From the beginning, they took advantage of the fact that we did not know how to work with insurance and were afraid that our damage wouldn't be covered. They used fear mongering to make us believe that if we said the wrong thing, we would lose our coverage. For that reason, we didn't end up shopping around (a huge mistake) and trusted that they had our best interest in mind.After receiving a quote for $5-10k from Roto for basement cleanup, I mentioned to Dennis that $10k seemed absolutely ridiculous for this task. He assured me that the only way we see close to $10k in charges was if there was another issue discovered like mold. However, when insurance was billed, they received a bill for $10,300. They ended up charging $900/pp per hour for their work, which was pretty subpar (and for reference, our basement is only about 150 sq ft). They even left their personal garbage in our basement. Our coverage for sewer backup is only $15k, so after insurance paid us for the cost of redoing our basement, there is literally no money remaining to be reimbursed for damaged items in our basement or the $500 we paid Roto to come out 3x after they did not fix the issue the first time (they sent a camera tech instead of a plumber- magically when they sent a plumber on time 3 and he was able to snake the line, no more issues!). Dennis made so many empty promises, including somehow getting us $500-1000 off our deductible, which we recognized as BS from the beginning. We are so incredibly disappointed in this company for being so money hungry and stealing our insurance money. Even our insurance company told us that they absolutely do not recommend Roto to customers (we wish we had known). In a time of desperation to save our basement, Roto took full advantage of us.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Turner Brothers Heating and plumbing. I have used them for both major and minor plumbing jobs, and the results have always been the same, excellent work.Clean, fast and professional. They explained things in an easy to understand way do yourself a favor and give these guys a call you won't be disappointed.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.
