My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. He replaced my main shut off valve that I just found out was leaking yesterday and it was such a relief to have the job done the next day efficiently.

Tony was very professional. When I called he was willing to come the same day on a Sunday. When I had to reschedule he was very accommodating. He was punctual, diagnosis the problem accurately, which was a blocked drained and resolve the issue efficiently. He even came back the next day as a courtesy to put a cap on the drain because he stocked up on supplies and knew it would be difficult for me to find one. I highly recommend his services. As a bonus it is also a black owned business!!

honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Sam came out to help inspect and fix our problem. Was very professional and enthusiastic about his work. People person who is there for the customer and not personal benefit. Would do anything to help, even knocked on neighbors door to help talk to them about issues we had which was very beneficial. Definitely recommend.

Recently I had a terrible Clog, Thompson plumbing took 20 minutes to walk me through what the problem was and how I could fix it. This was incredibly nice and thoughtful of Him and I was blown away by his kindness to take the time and share! Highly recommended! A plumber you know is looking to help you!

I had a representative come out to check with a potential issue with a toilet. Their communication before and after was fantastic! The issue was minor and an easy fix. They were able to explain the issue and what they did to resolve. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.
