After Goodman plumbing came out and cleaned out the tree roots from my sewer line, they found the line in the street to be cracked. They submitted a video to my township of the problem. Thanks to Mike. The township repaired the sewer line in the street. Mike and his crew were very professional and responsed to my phone calls in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend them.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Dealing with Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing was so easy, especially during a very stressful situation. They came out on a Sunday, 20 minutes after I called to tell them that my basement was flooded. After some diagnostics, they found the problem and offered me a couple options. Today, Economy dug up my pavement and replaced my sewage pipes. Started at 8:30am and were done before 2pm. Everything is working great! Travas was available before, during, and after for questions.Thank you for the quick, efficient service.

Had a blockage with the line off the kitchen sink that was creating issues with kitchen sink and dish washer. They came out and cleared everything up in a timely fashion. Clearly explained what they were doing as they went and what was causing the issue.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Hot water heater pipe exploded in my restaurant . Water was pouring out the pipe non stop and we couldn’t shut it off . Greater Works Plumbing came to the rescue quick and performed the pipe repair and shop vac’d the water out. BEST EMERGENCY PLUMBERS .

Professional plumbing company who took the time to explain what I needed which was a new water heater and what the benefits would be if I added an expansion tank. Taking the time to explain everything to me made me confident in my purchase. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using GPC again without any hesitation!!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
