They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

After contacting two other plumbers without success. Boss plumbing were able to come out A.S.A.P. Warren & his partner were professional and knowledgeable in what I needed for my basement and outside drain. He also referred me to another company for something else that needed to be done in my basement.

Bill is very responsive always and when I had problems with my water heater they came out right away, assessed the issue and supplied me with a new water heater in under a few days. My kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. We tried everything we could think of to clear. Had to call a professional, and I called “I Fixd It” for help. I called in the morning and Tony arrived by noon. He was very up front with how he works and prices. Tony communicated clearly. He was able to fix our kitchen drain in no time. This was the easiest time I had dealing with a contractor. He was straightforward and did the work right the first time. No fluff. No nickel-and-dime talk.

Murphys plumbing showed up and they did very good clean job very detailed in their work.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

They were less expensive than the first place I called and were able to come same day!

Great service, affordable prices and honorable work

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

We had some issues setting up the appointment. Their on line contact site was not working. So after emailing several times I finally called and spoke to the office team and provided pictures of the work. They told me one of the plumbers would call me. Three days later I called back and had to set an appointment. Needed a credit card to secure the appointment. They called to confirm the day before. Plumber arrived on time. Inspected the job and priced out the faucet replacement at $1057. Higher than expected but the job was completed that day and seems to be quality work. Will possibly use them again depending on the job.

I have been using Reliable for fifteen years for one reason, they are reliable! I used them when I had rental properties and I use them at my own home. To have them come every September or early October to flush and check my heating system gives me peace of mind at a reasonable price! I live in Cheltenham Village where our main sewer lines are close to one hundred years old. Have them come to your house and check that main sewer line in your basement before it starts to leak. Had mine checked three years ago when doing the heater check up and sure enough I was getting pin holes in my main sewer line. All has been replaced with PVC and again I have the peace of mind knowing I won’t have sewer water in my basement! Good people who do a good job, that simple.
