I needed to replace my Heating and HVAC as the vents seemed clogged and had an odor when I turned them on each season. Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Price too high!

My water pump under the sink stopped working and Tony came to see what the issue was. He arrived right on time at 2pm and was able to assess the situation and replace the water pump within two hours. Absolutely great service and super friendly. I honestly didn’t have any contacts for a reliable plumber, but I definitely plan on calling Tony whenever I have another issue. 10/10 would recommend.

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Never fixed the issue, my toilet was clogged and the water was leaking on the floor when the toilet was flushed , they came used a toilet augur charged me $260 and said the toilet was fixed the issue wasn’t fixed and the toilet was still leaking, they came back out 3 days later and charged me another $500. This place is a rip off, I would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Why was I charged twice for the same job that you NEVER fixed. RIP OFF.To make matters worst they are never on time, the first time they came at 11:30am when they were suppose to be here at 9am, second time they were suppose to be here at 12pm but came at 3pm. Horrible

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

On August 6th, 2019, I had a new Curbtrap and Lateral pipe replaced in the front of my home by Bill Frusco Plumbing Co. I must say that I was very pleased and happy with their work. They were also easily accessible by phone if I had any questions or concerns. I joined a special program sponsored by the City of Philadelphia called American Water Resources. It covers repairs and new street pipes for Philadelphia residents. You just have to pay a monthly charge which is very very reasonable for the consumer. It is a great program!! They contracted me out to Bill Frusco Plumbing Company. I recommend all Philadelphians to join American Water Resources since it will dramatically cut the high costs of hiring a private plumber.

Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home’s old pipes. He said he’d give it a gentle try and if the drains didn’t clear, he’d have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient, so all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I’m hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump. Thank you Kip & Joey!
