honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

With a main drain blockage and unable to shower because of it, I went in search of drain cleaning company. Economy had great ratings online, so I gave them a call. I really liked that they had two tiers of pricing, snake and hydro, as others I called had only one quoted price (the higher one). They also had same day availability, so I went ahead and scheduled. They are very well set up electronically, providing both text and email communication.Manuel arrived a few minutes before the 1-3pm window. I explained the issue, and off to work he went, first attempting to clear the blockage by snaking. Unfortunately, he found tree roots in the drain, so hydro was necessary. Back to work he went and in about 45 minutes the drain was completely cleared. I really liked that he took the time to explain the issues and how the different techniques worked. I also liked that, in going over some other issues, Manuel told us what we DIDN'T need to worry about right now (rather than try to sell us on more repairs). We are now considering Economy for a slow tub drain and replacement of the pipe section that had revealed the blockage. Very happy with the service.

I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Our pit bull Rosco (not usually welcoming to strangers) was obsessed with Tim the plumber. Found out the owners have been fostering and donating to animal rescues for years. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

tl;dr: We called Veteran to help us when our AC broke just as temperatures rose in May 2021. The next day, they sent us Chris, who is AMAZING. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in the work that he did and so incredibly communicative, patient, and honest in his interactions with us.For context: Our apartment was 90 degrees F, and my cheapskate landlord's handy-man took 20 minutes to just look at the outside unit and tell us we had to replace the entire compressor, which was out of stock for the foreseeable future. When I called the handyman a week later and asked for an update, or at least the part number so I could order it, he said I should call the manufacturer to find out and then hung up on me.In contrast: Veteran got Chris to inspect our unit less than 24 hours after I called them, practically begging for help. Chris spent well over an hour testing the different components (inside and out) of our AC system, and came up with a specific quote for repairing the leak that caused the issue, detailing each part that needed to be fixed or replaced - note that this list did NOT include the compressor, which was, in fact, fully functional - the cost of doing so, the reasons why it should be replaced and the potential issues if we choose not to do so.My landlord was endlessly frustrating and ultimately decided that he wanted to try to find a cheaper fix and didn't want Veteran to do the repair. Chris, who had already gotten there and started the repair, was impressively patient and professional throughout the entire thing. Then, to top it all off, Chris still replaced our Freon to help us suffer less in short term. Such a good guy!If it were my choice, I would choose Chris to do the repair, without a doubt. I can't wait to give Veteran my business when I can afford to stop renting and buy a home. Chris and the folks who handle scheduling at Veteran are incredibly efficient and effective, and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.
