Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

I have been a customer of Bill's for years and - whenever i have a plumbing issue - I reach out to Bill. Bill is my go to plumber because him and his team responsive, clear, prompt and get the job done right the first time. I am so thankful for his professionalism and expertise and of all the home service providers I've worked with over the years Bill time and again is the best and most reliable.Can't recommend East Falls Plumbing and Heating enough!

Great Service

My washer was to be installed but I did not notice that the valves were corroded and not installed correctly. Tony came to the rescue and corrected the valves within an hour. I was so happy to get the job done in one day. He was a referral from a neighbor and I can see why. He returns call, show up timely, and completes the job efficiently. He will be my plumber for any plumbing repairs.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I cannot speak more highly than his company! They are awesome! They were able to stop by 15 minutes after I called. Within 30 minutes or so they were able to quickly unclog my outdoor drain and provide recommendations so what to fix next in my 92 year old home in North Philly. Tom was absolutely professional, polite, cleaned after himself and gave great advice on what projects we should do next with them. I will be calling soon! Thank you!

Brian Turner and his crew did an outstanding job at our church. Brian explained the process in detail of what had to be accomplished and resolved all our plumbing problems. We received excellent service.

I called Frusco Plumbing and was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. I wanted my laundry room sink faucet and my stall shower faucet replaced. The plumber came out, assessed both jobs, gave me a fair price, and was able to schedule the installations. The laundry room faucet was relatively simple. But the stall shower had no access door and it required the plumber, Dan Paul, to cut out tile and drywall in my kitchen to get to the back of the faucet. He did this in a clean and professional manner and installed a new Delta faucet without a hitch. Trust me, it was not an easy job. Dan was fantastic and the entire experience was top notch from the first phone call to the completion of the installations. I will certainly use Frusco again and specifically request Dan Paul.

Did a great job replacing my leaking main shut off compression valve, to a brand new ball valve. At an affordable price as well!

Cant say enough about the response time and service provided. Wish every contractor treated their clients this way. They will always be my goto for every property I have in their jurisdiction. Thanks for a job better than well done.

UNPROFESSIONAL! I called with an emergency. Just because they did not want to come, they said I had to wait until Monday. I was told if I come tonight, it will be $300. If I come Monday it's $85, so wait until Monday. I am a paying customer and a homeowner. I'm aware that emergencies COST MORE. I will never EVER use this company again. The technician's attitude was TERRIBLE! I'll be sure to follow up this review with contact to the owners.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. On 1/8/20 I made the unfortunate decision to contact Edwards Hughes & Son Inc as my heat wasn't working. I needed someone asap as it was too cold for my elderly grandmother & they were the only company that could come out asap.I used them about 10 months ago to replace a leaking hot water heater. I also requested the heater be serviced. That night there was leaking from plumbing associated with the hot water heater. The boiler, which was supposed to be cleaned/serviced, was no longer turning on and remained covered in dust/dirt. When I called a person was sent out who agreed the boiler hadn't been serviced. He apologized & made arrangements for the heater person to come out the following day. He also made repairs to piping, what exactly I'm not sure. The heater was serviced the following day.Back to 1/28/20. A service person came out for lack of heat. He reported there was a backup light switch that someone must have turned off which was why the heat wasn't on/working. I was charged the $125 service fee. Later that day the house got warmer, but the temp did not go above 69 degrees. I called back to inform them of this and was told they could send someone out the following day. On 1/29/20 a service person returned and informed my grandmother there was something wrong with the pipes/vents. I called the co. to request a call to explain the issue. 1/30/20 I received a call, was told there was a problem with air vents not opening which he was able to open and an issue with a device that controls how much air may get in the piping so he bled pipes. He quoted a 2000 to replace pipes, but said if that didn't work a new heater would be 4700. I received a bill in the mail for 145. Today my hot water heater is leaking through the floor into the closet. I called, received a return call and stated my hot water heater was now leaking and this could lead to a lawsuit. I believe it was the owner who talked over me, did not listen and hung up on me. I have already called another plumber to come out. AVOID!!

Fantastic experience with these guys. Called me back immediately on a Saturday night when it was 100 degrees outside and walked us through the repair so we wouldn’t have to wait for an actual service call. Fixed our AC and were incredibly patient and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
