Nick came out to give us an estimate last week and we had him come out this week to complete it (we needed a new shut off valve for the gas line). He was knowledgeable, professional, and got us a good price. We are very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend this company; they come out quickly, get the job done fast, and are responsive to customers needs.

Bill installed a new water heater for me over a holiday weekend years ago. He didn't know me, it was my first contact with him and his staff. He was respectful, prompt, reasonably priced and efficient. Bill and his crew have been back to my house for a backed-up sink and the installation of a new home heater. I had my hot water heater replaced a week ago. The two workers were respectful of my property and answered all of my questions.

I called Tony late at night on a Friday because my main sewer line was backing up through the basement drain. He was able to come out Saturday morning to clean the blockage, and fully resolve my issues. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). My car was parked outside where these guys were scheduled to do some outdoor plumbing work (I didn't read the sign when parking the night before). So I did not get service from this company but I just want to say that these guys were kind and considerate in making sure I got my car back to wherever it was towed to. They shared with me phone numbers of their office and towing co instead of brushing off the matter and I found the car. They def knew what they were doing as well and were all 3 working out in the cold.

Jimbo and Joe came out to fix a clogged shower drain. They were professional and polite. They explained to me what they were going to do, showed me the equipment they were using, and then got the job done. No guess work, just work. I will definitely be using BF again. Thanks!
