We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

While replacing a faucet, East Falls Plumbing went above and beyond to help make my laundry sink more usable. I cannot underscore how much I appreciate this! Tony visited my house after I had no hot water (in the middle of winter). He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue quickly and fix it for me - in and out within 45 minutes! Really excellent service, would certainly call Tony again in the future and recommend to everyone!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I feel confident that Chris knows what he is doing with plumbing and heating. Other companies will not service my boiler from 1965 but Veteran will.

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

Always professional and the work is always done well. Never need to clean up after the technician leaves.

Good but not flexible. I asked to add a $3 extension but he told me he had to charge $67 if he did. Changed my water heater but didn't use anything from his truck other than the heater; used all old pipes and didn't even give little duct tape. However, water heater is working fine, so no complain there.
