They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! It’s really hard to find a good plumber and believe me I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. But the guys at Boss Plumbing and Heating were great! I needed a part of my gas line connecting to my stove replaced and repositioned because it was leaky and didn’t allow my new stove to fit correctly against the wall. They responded quickly and got the job in one day. The work they provided was high quality and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be calling them from now on for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

Great Service

Our neighbors recommended KCS Plumbing from a recent leak over Thanksgiving weekend. So, when we had a leak of unknown origins in the basement, we called them. KCS arrived the same day and found the source of the issue and fixed it. They were so friendly and took time to explain the issue and our options to fix it, even though it was late in the evening. They also cleaned up after. I have added them to my phone contacts and would recommend them to any friend.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I called because my pipes are frozen, and after sharing some info and discovering what could be done (which was very little because of where they are frozen), I was advised to save the money by doing it myself, and given some very helpful tips on how to. They seem very honest and took the time to talk to me for a good 10 minutes and guide me through the steps that they would take if they were here. I'll be calling Thompson next time I need a plumber!

Really pleased with Roger Ross Plumbing services! Sean and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure the pipe was repaired in full. They were personable, engaging, informative, and communicative. Natasha was also super responsive, informative, engaging, and a pleasure to speak with on the phone. We will certainly be back if another plumbing issue arises and will pass on the recommendation. 10pm on a Monday flood at the house!. The trusty never touched water heater in my finished basement from 2003 finally popped, in Manayunk. 7am Tuesday onward, calls to (3) different local recommended plumbers and Home Depot's service. Andy was the only one to return my call, could be to the house in an hour, and was there on time. In minutes, had a proper recommendation, answered my random but what about... questions, and even told me skip the added warranty. I'm on the road 24/7, and Andy had my old tank out, a new larger tank installed, everything reset, and back to functioning immediately. Terrific service, always responsive, and handled. These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Brian Turner and his crew did an outstanding job at our church. Brian explained the process in detail of what had to be accomplished and resolved all our plumbing problems. We received excellent service.

It was not really anything major to fix. My heat wouldn't come on therefore, thought something was wrong with the furnace. **They sent someone out right away**A technician came out, turned up temperature & placed the gas valve on (I'd turned it off for safety reasons), the heat came right on.MY PROBLEM WAS WITH THE IGNORANT, UNEDUCATED, UNPROFESSIONAL TECH. I asked him what could've been the problem that the heat wasn't working. His response was I don't know what u did before I got here, but it's working, do u hear it? It's doing what it's suppose to do. That was an insult to my intelligence.I explained to him, that I was asking out of concern that something might of been wrong with the furnace. His attitude, demeanor & responses was very ignorant, uneducated & unprofessional. I felt like for $150 I deserved an educated answer based on experience & knowledge.Later, I contacted the thermostat manufacture and found out that if the heat setting is lower than the room temp, the heat will not come on, which I had no idea because in the pass I've always had radiator heating. Had the technician LISTENED to my question & concern, and explained what he did & why, I would've had a better understanding. I will NEVER utilize their service again.

We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.

The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren’t moving from the area, we’d keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

Anthony was professional and courteous. Explained every repair concisely and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Provided honest estimate. Cleaned up after all the work was performed. We had our AC go out for our tenets in 100-degree heat. They sent their employees out the next morning and he was able to diagnose the problem of a bad capacitor and fix it quickly. He also took the time to talk to me about how things work.

Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (I was surprised at the youthful appearance of Mr Buzz). He made me aware of many things. Firstly, the boiler have been wrongly installed by the first contractor. Also he overcharged me by a few thousand dollars..that hurt. The contractor installed the pump upside down so the pressure was limited. It caused corrosion and infrequent shut offs. My pipes began to turn green. My dining room was warm, my living room was cold, my bathroom cold, bedroom half warm/cold, etc. The piping was too small and the chimney was never cleaned out so i was also experiencing a potential carbon monoxide poison issue. The piping was too small. The overflow tank was improperly ordered, replaced and hung. The shut off valve was installed wrong. Couplings we're wrong and so on and so on. It's amazing it ran at all. PGW came out twice turn on the gas with these safety issues in place some of which contradict their own safety codes. I later spoke to PGW they said it wasn't their job BUT had they made me aware I would not have used that contractor again. It was the first job I gave him after a fire, had I known it was done wrong i would not have given him other work in the home some of which was also was also poorly done.Buzz have me a good quote and told me he would be sending 3 expert plumbers that would show up early and work all day. Stan, Dan and tenacious Tom came out a few months later early and worked all day. Three extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumbers replaced all the piping to the boiler with brand new superior grade piping and increased width pipes. Installed the proper overflow tank in the proper place. Replaced/ installed the pump right side up. Squeaky cleaned the chimney stack. Replaced several bleeder valves and bled the system. Now my system runs so smooth with power and my entire house is warm even unexpectedly..my basement. My grand nieces and nephews when they visit sleep in the basement. Now no there's no carbon monoxide poison leak possibility and no winter colds. No constant shut offs, no cold rooms. My boiler/heater looks fantastic and i am recovering in utmost comfort. I was fortunate in the timing of these repairs so mangy shortages and in my choice of company. I hope these crafts continue to be handed down to youth.
