Called due to loss of hot water in our house. They called right back and were able to send someone out the same morning. Nick came in, was professional and explained what was wrong and what the options were. Once I made the decision he was able to install a new hot water heater and was done before lunch. He explained the new hot water heater and what to expect immediately after. Nick was great we would definitely use Goodman again.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

John from Thompson plumbing was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure our new refrigerator was properly installed, and did so with kindness and good humor. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Billy and his team at Aqua were great. They handled a problem I came across needing plumbing rerouted in my bathroom for a new vanity and identified other issues that I didn’t even know about and corrected everything so quickly and left me with clean looking new pipes I will never have to worry about. I find Billy to be honest when he describes what he anticipates will be an issue and even when he gives me a heads up about things for the future that aren’t necessarily an emergency. I have used them before for major and minor work and will use again!

They put in our kitchen sink last week. Very happy with the service. They arrived early, were clean, quick and proficient. When we first called, the young lady was very, very helpful. John

Fixed a curbtrap for a neighbor of ours, w/in 24 hours sink hole in street & sidewalk. They did not backfill the hole after work, they filled w/asphalt. Left a mess outside as well. Called the company, asked to speak to the owner sectetary was hesitant after i complained. A worker came back out 2 days later w/the back of his truck filled w/asphalt. Asked why they didn't.backfill w/the dirt they took from the hole when they dug it up, he said talk to my boss. No stamper to stamp down the asphalt he used his feet (was wearing sneakers). Then he got in his truck and went back & forth over the sinkhole & then continued to fill w/asphalt. If u have a problem w/a curbtrap I would NOT recommend these plumbers!

Professional and work always done with efficiency. Cleans up after job completion. Works with me with payment plans if job is big. Receptionist to make appt. have always greeted me with a pleasant attitude and concern. Always feel comfort and safe when they do work in my home
