Goodmans originally came out in November to clear a clogged drain line. Within in 2 months they came back out to fix it again gratis. There was hole in the main drain stack line. This was the source of the flooding in basement. They immediately came to evaluate it and st up time to repair, while making sure the clamp would hold until then.Zack came out today and was able to repair the pipes in 30 min.Nick was super responsive was I was concerned that the drain kept clogging and didn’t hand off the ticket until he was sure I was satisfied. Thank you to all the employees at Goodman! Highly recommend.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. Called Aqua due to a leak under the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was going to do and why. He showed the pieces that he replaced. He put my wife and I at ease. Cost of the repairs was the average for this area and received a senior's 10 percent discount. My pipes needed replacing, it was supposed to be a 3 day job, it started on the May 16th, 2019 and still going on, everyday the techs were late, no one called to say they were going to be late, they remove my radiator from my bathroom and now, it's going to take until Saturday, May 25th, 2019 for them to replace, because all of the sudden a Hearing specialist is needed to put it back in when a regular tech took it out. But, they are not just unprofessional, but one of the techs used my bathroom while working and didn't flush and left his urine .....just nasty!!!!!

I was waiting for the guy that does AC and Heating unit to come back off vacation. The secretary did not know when he was coming back, she told me, she was going to call him and call me back, that was two week ago,in the meantime R&R Mechanical Service came in and did excellent job

Do not trust this guy with any major job in your home. Communication is horrible. He has no respect for anyone’s time or schedule, and he overcharges.

I feel confident that Chris knows what he is doing with plumbing and heating. Other companies will not service my boiler from 1965 but Veteran will.
