1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Warren has saved my house from water damage more than once and on very short notice. I’ve spoken to professional plumbers and told them the cost of his services and they have been blown away by how fair his pricing is. As long as I’m a home owner, I need Warren in my life. He’s trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with his time and skill set. He even helped me make a decision on a home based on his plumbing expertise when I went through inspection. As of yesterday he saved my basement from flooding and my home from not having water for the holiday weekend. If you’re on the fence, I suggest just calling him.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

Recommended through a friend. Awoke to a leak on a Sunday morning. My experience is short, but sweet & sincere. Called Andy ,and got a returned call promptly, from Andy. He walked me through possible scenarios and the diagnosis for each. I was able to resolve the leak, and he saved me a house call. Will definitely use again.(hopefully not too soon.)

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

Don Toy from Best Choice Plumbing & Heating company did a great work today at my home. The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren’t moving from the area, we’d keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

If there were more stars to give, I would have. The job: replace 30 feet of sewer line from street and reconnect inside my home (including ‘P’ trap at the street & ‘Y’ storm connector at the foundation) in Center City. Eight feet of sidewalk, under a courtyard wall, across a low patio and under a raised patio to the house, 25 of the 30 feet was a ‘hand-dig’. Issi, who was ultimately the crew boss on the job, and Jacob came out and did the estimate, listened to me and then explained what had to happen. We scheduled the job & permits through the office (who always followed up as they said they would). On the day of the job, they were on time with a full crew. The real feel temperature that day was over 100 degrees. I have never seen a crew work as hard as these men. The job was promised for one day, and that’s what it took: they stayed til 10 pm and did the last two hours in the rain. And by the way, they made sure the patios and sidewalks were cleaned off and protected before they left - very professional! Issi kept me informed thru the job. I strongly recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing to anyone who needs a full service plumber!

Ingram was great. I called numerous HVAC companies and they were the fastest and easiest to work with. I called just before closing on Thursday.

I had a really good experience working with this contractor and their staff. I recently had a new water service, water heater, and boiler installed. They were very responsive to my requests during the installation and afterwards. Highly recommend!
