Best Heater Repair Service in Philadelphia PA

Called 4 weeks ago and then again 2 weeks ago and I was told to expect a call and never received one.. totally unresponsive

The first plumber (Jeff) that came out to the house had a nasty attitude and I’ indirectly was asking for More money than was agreed upon. The second, had a better attitude but Still was trying to get more money from us and as you can see by the photo he came into our Home with a GUN!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; Hi I saw your reviews can you help me? He automatically responds; Were booked I sighed then he said; Whats wrong? I was like; My tub is clogged and.. Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

I called for an estimate. Mat came out and was supposed to send me an email. I’m still waiting. I don’t think I’m the right “ color” for this company. I”ll take my “ green” money elsewhere! I would give 0 stars if I could!!

Very respectful and gets the job done correctly

Good people are hard to find nowadays. Different plumbers come out before I finally found Tony. The first guy (from something “Rooters”) was rude but offered to do the job at a ridiculous amount. The second guy (from something Murphy) complained the whole time, took half the money, and said he’ll come back the next day to finish the job. Next day, he was 2 hours late. I told him don’t bother coming back.Tony was super professional, courteous, and quickly got the job done at a fair reasonable price. He took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was. I’m grateful for his patience and sensible demeanor. Good people are hard to find nowadays. I plan on saving his number and using his services in the future.

Tried and failed to replace tub spout on my own (couldn't get the old spout off). Called Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing on a Saturday morning. Anthony arrived to help very quickly and roughly two hours after I called, the job was done. I am happy with the work: extremely fast, friendly, and, most importantly, a well done repair.

Had and emergency today. The second floor toilet valve connecting the water to the tank split. Water was rushing all over the floor. Turned the water off and called Andy. He called me back in 5 minutes. Was on his way from one job to another and I fell in between the two jobs. He stopped by in 15 minutes after me call. I was prepared to wait until tomorrow. Fixed the valve quickly. I've been using him for 18 years. This is an example of why I do.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I always call Turner Brothers whenever I have a plumbing problem. Everything from fixing a toilet to replacing the line to the street. They are always friendly and professional.

Highly recommend Best Choice Plumbing & Heating. Had another plumber come out last week, gave me an estimate, hired him for the job and he was a no show. No phone call, not even a text. My neighbor suggested Best Choice. I called them at 9:30 this morning and they had someone out here by 12 to do the work. He was courteous, cleaned up, and left me with a working hot shower! AND I SAVED 200 bucks! Will definitely be contacting Best Choice moving toward!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I had a clogged drain line. I called Bill Frusco and they came out the next day to snake the line. They gave me a one hour window and were right on time. After clearing the line, they stayed for an additional 20 minutes afterwards to make sure the drain was working in perfect order. I'd recommend them to anyone.
