Tony was very professional. When I called he was willing to come the same day on a Sunday. When I had to reschedule he was very accommodating. He was punctual, diagnosis the problem accurately, which was a blocked drained and resolve the issue efficiently. He even came back the next day as a courtesy to put a cap on the drain because he stocked up on supplies and knew it would be difficult for me to find one. I highly recommend his services. As a bonus it is also a black owned business!!

Respectful workers that get on the job

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Tim was outstanding! I was worried about it turning out to be a big job but he assured me it was nothing to worry about. Fixed with no problem.

Whenever we have a drainage problem we have called this company and they have always been able to resolve the issue and leave the house in beautiful condition. Our technician was Dan today. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.

We've had a leak in an upstairs bathroom. The leak shortly after we returned from an out of town trip for Christmas. The boiler had gone out and the house had gotten down to 40 degrees. Apparently the freezing of the waterline created a crack in the toilet resulting in the drip leak.The servicemén werw able to turn the water to the toilet off, discuss alternatives for the repair and provided cost estimates.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

This people are high way robbers. They came out to my home to fix a valve under my bathroom sink. The guy said he would charge us 150.00 and he would fix it. I thought he had to do a big fix because that is he said the pipes because that is what he said he would do. In less than 15 minutes he was done. I felt that I was robbed because he said he had to do this and that. I think for such a simple job I should have been charge less.

Let me start off by saying that Buzz Duzz Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. After a devastating house fire in 2014 and having all brand new plumbing installed throughout the entire home, something was just not right. The first week that we moved back in our plumbing backed up and has been a constant problem ever since. After contacting the original company who did the work, namely Plumbarama (Bensalem) (see my not so wonderful review on them), they were complete jerks. I had plumber after plumber out to no avail. My plumbing continued to back up. It would back up in every conceivable location....into my laundry room, all toilets, my showers and kitchen sink. It was a total disaster! That was until I contacted Buzz Duzz. I was put in contact with Buzz himself, and what an amazing guy! He took the time to listen and understand my situation. He allowed my the opportunity to ask questions and actually gave me some education on how plumbing worked. He dispatched his guys that very same day. Two of the nicest technicians came out, took their time and finally after four years of this nonsense determined what the problem was. It was a nice malicious gift left behind from the work done during the house fire construction!!! But thanks to Buzz Duzz my plumbing has been trouble free and working great ever since. These guys were so thorough, professional, courteous and trustworthy I will never use another company again. I highly recommend Buzz Duzz, I just wish there were more companies out there like them.
