As for the toilet issue, he was nice enough to provide simple maintenance instructions so I can help avoid the same issue in the future. They plumber never showed up after I waited 4 hours and wasted an entire day. A representative had the nerve to call me up 30 minutes after the 4 hour window had lapsed and offered the worst excuse that I have ever heard. She claimed that they thought that the appointment was for 2 AM in the morning. I asked her if that were true why are you calling 30 minutes after your people never showed for the scheduled time. I will never do business with this company again and I would warn anyone else to avoid them at all cost.

Roger arrived quickly when I found water damage in my basement from an outside water line leak. He was professional, fast and very communicative. His team did a great job

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

This people are high way robbers. They came out to my home to fix a valve under my bathroom sink. The guy said he would charge us 150.00 and he would fix it. I thought he had to do a big fix because that is he said the pipes because that is what he said he would do. In less than 15 minutes he was done. I felt that I was robbed because he said he had to do this and that. I think for such a simple job I should have been charge less.

We have used Buzz Duzz Plumbing many times and they are very reliable and affordable!
