The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. My house is super old so the pipes are definitely not in the best condition. Tony listened to what the problem was and gave me a possible estimate over the phone. He was here in less than 2 hours to start on the repairs. He assessed the problem, got the tools from his truck and got right to work. When he found another problem, he talked to me about it before doing anything or purchasing any extra parts. The job ended up taking a lot longer than expected... like 6 hours long, again old house old pipes. He was a nice guy, super patient, non-judgmental and was determined to fix the leak that seemed to not want to be fixed. If you are having a plumbing emergency, Tony is definitely the guy to call! I no longer have water dripping through the ceiling in my living room and the weak water pressure that I have had for almost a year now has been fully restored to its former waterfall glory!!! honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.
