The gentlemen were courteous and they were able to unclog my drain, I will definitely use their services if needed in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends. Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

The plumbers Tim and Sam were punctual, professional, efficient, courteous, very effective and wasted no time at all diagnosing and resolving the drain issue. They were true to their business name..Economy as well. My plumber recently retired so I was in the market for a new one and I feel I just found one. They even were mindful of my carpet and asked to leave from the back! I'd recommend them to anyone if all their employees were like them.

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. Our kitchen sink was really badly clogged for months, and I thought I’d have to replace the piping underneath entirely. Zoom Drain was able to come send a fully-equipped van out 2 days after I called! They sent the van for a free consultation, but we got the work done same day. Fair, reasonable price for a job very well done. The tech was thorough and made sure he cleaned out all of the piping for us.
