I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later.On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions with the same care and insight. I am very impressed by the quality of the work they performed. From the bright copper pipe, to the neat and clean solder joints, it truly looks like a work of art.I am so happy I have found Goodman Plumbing. Without question, they have earned my trust and my future business.

Great Service

I had an unexpected flooding issue in one of my bathrooms. There was sewage backing up the basement bathroom stall shower, laundry, and furnace room. So, I was unable to use any faucets, shower, or use the bathroom. Tony was able to make a last minute late night visit to resolve it. Thankfully the pipes didn’t need repair and only required a clearing of the sewer line.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! Excellent service

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Had major work done - new heater, plumbing and new waste pipes, etc. Buzz Duzz guys did everything in two days - they were quick, efficient and very professional. They even cleaned and swept up afterwards! Yes, if you need any heating or plumbing work - hire Buzz Duzz!

Avoid. Way over priced and dangerous. The only work that didn't have to get cut out and done over was done by his apprentices.

Responded promptly as requested. There was no acknowledgement of our initial call, however they did contact the day prior. Work done professionally, technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Have used them twice now.

McLoughlin Plumbing and Cooling are terrific. Their service is excellent: fast, reliable and experienced. All of the staff from the office to the technicians are great at their jobs and pleasant to work with. I use them for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend them!

Omg this company is the worst I wouldn't use them even if someone else was paying for the work my sewer pipe bust so I call the water company they hired this company to fix my pipe they had to go in the ground and under my step they told me they'l b back in three weeks to lay the cement back will it's was a over month when they came back I called them twice telling them my steps was leaning and my neighbor step was crack because they didn't put enough dirt under the step to whole the steps up I talk to mike the owner very unprofessional and rude I told him what was going on he like o will them step been cracking and we fix your pluming problem if you want us to fix the step it's going to cost more I told him I'm going to sue he told me ok very rude two days later they came laid the cement n left hole n the cement they work was horrible they mess up the city street with there machine they didn't clean up after themselves I won't use them if they was the last company on earth now I'm in the process of suing the water company cause that's who I made an agreement with cause of their careless mistakes if you use them take pictures please and don't use them if they have to go in the ground they don't know what they are doing

came out and installed my new heating and air conditioning system as my existing unit was not working anymore. Ed hughes provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the work that was to be performed, once I accepted and put my deposit down Andrew was at my home the very next day installing my new system. I am extremely grateful for all of your help.

I've used Joe's twice now and both times have been extremely pleased with both the service and price. The entire team at Joe's is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they've helped me understand the products installed as well as how to maintain them.
