Best Drain Cleaning Service in Philadelphia PA

I called them based on neighborhood reviews when another plumber left me hanging and I had a concern about a leaking toilet. It wasn't a huge problem, but I wanted to make sure that the problem didn't become worse. They were very responsive to my call and honest about scheduling (if they couldn't get me in that day, they promised I'd be on the appoint list for the next day). They did manage to come the same day and quickly fixed my problems for a reasonable price. The gentlemen that came were polite, friendly, and explained what they saw going on every step of the way. Definitely a plumber's number to keep on hand!

I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

When I first contacted Boss plumbing, Warren left me his number and as soon as I called he picked up immediately. He asked for photos of my gas leak issue and was able to fit us into his weekend schedule. He’s very courteous and you can tell from speaking with him that he is professional and cares about client service. Hope to use him again for my future plumbing and heating needs.

They came out said they cleaned the drain and didn’t finish the job. They just tried charging more and more money! How can you do business with these people. I’ll find another service who’s willing to do the work for a fair price!

Joe Fecht was on time...worked hard (5 times) to unclog kitchen sink drain. Success finally. Put everything back in place. Tested system. Thorough clean.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Turner brothers were very nice and helpful to all my questions and concerns, they put a new heating system in my house and were very professional. Mike and Jeff were clean and neat after the unit was installed I would not go with any other company.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price.
