Between Nick who talked me through a leak on Easter Sunday, Stan who diagnosed the problem and did the initial work to get the leak sorted and Roman and James who spent an entire weekend day replacing my water heater and expansion tank and resetting the entire system, great experience with everyone at this company. They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

The reps who came to inspect a leak were there very briefly, not thorough and promised they would look into getting approved for a more thorough inspection to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, after they left, they wrapped up the claim by reporting there was no issue found, even though the problem was never fixed. Disappointed.

Thank God for KCS Plumbing! Had an urgent issue with a broken radiator in my home and KCS was quick to respond and efficient with their service in replacing the radiator! This is a brutal winter already and thankfully my family can now be warm. We appreciate you Keith and KCS Plumbing!

So grateful to Tony! We have consistent sink issues and this morning before a snow storm the leak was now a waterfall! I called today and he gave me an ETA within 2 hours, on emergency notice, and he showed up just as expected. He communicated clearly and was very responsive to let me know when he was arriving. He identified the issue and even explained to us what the underlying issue was. He fixed what he could under the pretense we had a larger issue at hand. He was so respectful; he more shoe covers, gloves and a mask. Highly recommend and will be using his services as needed in the future. Thanks again for sneaking us in just before the snow storm!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I hired this company to uncover the pipe they said they would charge me 350 because it was a Saturday the boy put the snake in and I couldn't uncover the pipe then he said he had to use another method but that it would cost me $ 350 more in total it would cost me $ 700 I said no that it was a lot of money. The guy left without solving my problem and he charged me $ 200 for doing nothing, I am aware that he had to pay something at least $ 100 for his time but $ 200 is too much

Dan was very professional. I had used Roto Rooter 2 mos ago for a drain clean and sewer cap repair, and that service was not up to par. I was angry, and Dan did his best to help rectify my issue. I felt confident that my issue was resolved after his service !

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. BUYER BEWARE!! I paid $200 on July 5th to check my garbage disposal and find a leak. I was told my sink was clogged. The plumber they sent did not properly unclog my sink because here it is July 6 and my sink is still clogged and something is still leaking. Needless to say I gave away $200 YESTERDAY! Don’t give your money away like me. Go elsewhere!!

Great job! Good communication. The technician did a wonderful job clearing a slow sink. He explained everything he did, then gave me some suggestions on how to keep it clear in the future. Highly recommended!
