Along the way Keith has suggested and implemented professional improvements on a couple of my past handy-homeowner DIY work. I’ve been happy with Keith's work each time, and with every job the scheduling and billing manager Jae is friendly, responsive, and communicative. KCS has been easy to work with and excellent. My water heater broke....again on Christmas Eve. Alot of so called 24/7 businesses would not come out. I called Tony who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He held my hand throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing my new hot water heater!!! As a new homeowner, I learned a lot from Tony and he will be my only plumber from now on! Honest, trustworthy, professional, responsive and on time!!!

I can't thank them enough. Their staff came out immediately as soon as I called with COVID masks and gloves on. I felt safe and I saved a lot of money compared to the quotes I got from their competition.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Brian answered the phone immediately and talked me through the whole thing, he stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes talking me through step by step what to do, didn't even try to get money out of me or ask to come out. Mr. Eddie was friendly, punctual and quick. We asked if someone was available for same day service, and he was. He called us back within a half an hour like he stated and told us the time he will be here. He came on time, was polite, went straight to work and was able to unclog the toilet within minutes! He explained that we needed to flush it at least 3-4 times to make sure the blockage was gone. I Will definitely use him again! Thank you Mr Eddie!

Got an estimate for a broken street trap and when M.T.D. Drains got down to the trap they found that they had to replace more of the pipe than expected, but he stuck to the original estimate even though it took much longer than expected.

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.
